Meet the team

We build and support systems organizations rely on when the pressure is highest, including software used to run professional racing. Today we bring that same discipline to businesses in every industry.

On every project you work with the same people from start to finish: a delivery manager who learns how your business runs and engineers who build, test and support what you need.

Ben Selland

Principal

I’ve spent over 15 years at the intersection of technology and racing, building systems organizations depend on when the pressure is highest. I’ve collaborated with NASCAR, NHRA and AMA Pro Racing, and my focus has always been on purpose-built solutions that fit how an organization actually works.

That experience translates well beyond the track. Today I work with businesses in a variety of industries facing many of the same challenges, and every project starts the same way: learn the business, build what it needs, and stay involved to support it long after launch.
